We have used Fenugreek or Blessed Thistle separately for generations in our breeding program when milk was slow to come in. However, once we discovered this amazing combination of Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle, we never went back to individual herbals. It also is easier to dose than the powders and capsules since it can be dosed in tincture form.
